Introduction And Purpose
There is a massive reservoir of positive youth potential, pure gold, evaporating into thin air. It is a fantastic opportunity going to waste, as it flows freely down the drain into nothingness.
A vital need exists, and we are not doing near enough to solve it, nor are we capitalizing on the fantastic opportunity it presents, as we should.
The untapped, uncapped, limitless genius of innovative and creative brilliance vibrating in the youthful mind, is allowed to disappear into thin air by us, an unthinking older generation.
The purpose of this post is to draw attention to that opportunity which is going a-begging, and provide the best permanent solution. See this post as a call to action to those who care to come together and take the action needed.
Being made aware, this waste of a most valuable resource can be turned around to deliver the major advancement, our wonderful country so badly needs.

TELLING IT LIKE IT IS
The future does not lie in the hands of all youth. It lies exclusively in the hands of the trained and cultured youth, the principled, educated and articulate youth. They are the future of any country. The difference is of crucial importance.
This is the reason why high priced, private schools are in such high demand. They deliver the valuable, strict discipline and cultural training and development government schools do not.
It is no secret that with the onslaught of modern technology, especially cellphones and easy access to the internet, many vulnerable and unprepared youth have been drawn into a culture over which they have little to no control.
This has led to a general downward spiral of loose moral conduct and principles, with a drifting toward slovenly behaviour and associated ills.
And the trend is rapidly increasing in severity. An eleven-year old primary school girl ‘entertains’ grown men for pocket money after school.
A fourteen-year old student steals his father’s gun and shoots his school principal. We cannot afford to become blasé about this. It is our duty to turn it around. On their own, they cannot.
The urgency of this problem is forcefully driven home by the statistic of more than 105,000 primary and high school student pregnancies recorded between 2022 – 2023.
That computes to almost 288 young girls, most of them way under age, impregnated every single day of the year, seven days a week. And that number is INcreasing.
THE CONSTANT BATTLE OF PARENTS
Forward thinking parents, in trying to instill strong and righteous character principles in their children, have a huge battle against peer pressure and drugs, constantly trying to infect their children’s clean minds with negativity.
Ego-driven misbehaving appears to be gaining more and more acceptance and prominence among youth of middle and lower class society. With this, violent crime is on the increase at an earlier age among the youth.
Unless this tide is checked and turned around, it does not augur well for the future of our beautiful country.

Imagine
Imagine… the youth, equipped and empowered enough to take over senior positions in the community, the province and even in government.
Imagine… them leading our wonderful country into a bright and positive future…
Imagine… crime down to almost zero, the same with unemployment.
Imagine… more and more residential areas blooming; children playing freely, more people smiling at each other as the country evolves into a whole new, freer and normal way of life.
Imagine… massive industry unfolding. Agriculture on steriods; innovative ideas, new towns springing-up, designed and built from the ground up, by youth, utilizing First World layouts and architecture.
Imagine… streets, wide and clean, fences and burglar bars non-existent and a genuine loving atmosphere embracing all its inhabitants.
Now see all that you’ve just imagined as real, because there is nothing, but nothing that can stop that from becoming reality.
Dreaming?
Definitely! It’s the stuff the future is made of. All advancement the world over began with a dream. Walt Disney dreamed of a mouse that could talk and it captured the imagination of the world.
To-day DisneyWorld is more popular than the Grand Canyon, ‘Frisco or Las Vegas.
Copernicus dreamed of different planets and worlds and proved it. Leonardo Da Vinci drew sketches of planes and helicopters 5,000 years ago.
The Wright Brothers were thought crazy trying to prove that man could fly. Marconi, Bell and hundreds of others were all regarded as totally nuts for dreaming. And to-day…?
ADVANCEMENT COMES FROM DREAMS
Every advancement, every new invention, all progress by mankind starts with a dream.
Every trail blazer and pioneer was scorned and scoffed at before being accepted, respected and then imitated.
This post is about a dream… a dream of our youth, principled and empowered in a way many of us… to-day’s adults… never were.
It is about the evaporating gold being checked and mined. It is about a dream of our youth, morally and ethically principled, conducting themselves with honour, setting the benchmark for their seniors.
It is about a dream of our wonderful, vibrant youth conducting themselves responsibly, steeped in good manners, articulate, conducting themselves with dignity, with flawless integrity and honour, steeled in principles of righteousness and virtue.
And because this dream is based on Universal Law, it cannot fail. Success is the only outcome.
You are invited to come onboard… help make it happen, or, with respect, get out of the way and watch it happen.
Train the youth to upgrade the youth
Unless we do, we are embedding future generations in more of the same ignorance and struggle so many of us, the more matured folk — not old — had to endure growing-up.
A better future lies in how we empower the youth. Left to their own devices, it could take centuries before the current tide of retardation of personal values is checked.
We, who claim to know better, are to prove it by helping them upgrade their conduct.
There is no such thing as failure in life. Failure is a myth of mass mind acceptance and conditioning.
Simply decide that you will not give up… that you will persist until you succeed… and success becomes inevitable.

Our duty is to plant the seed. The responsibility for its growth rests in Universal Law.
A YOUTH ORIGINATION
That upgrade has to be of their own making… it has to be a youth origination, for as such, it holds more validity.
Once we train a vanguard group, they will be in the very best position to train their peers. Youth relate to youth. And that training will take place on three (3) levels.
1. By actually training those who will see the Light and the prosperous future which is lying dormant within them.
2. By setting a sterling example through correct and honourable personal conduct and evidence of the way to go, and…
3. Through persistence. Once this trend gains traction — and it will — and the positive physical results of success are seen, it will increase in momentum to the point where it will propel itself, gaining both speed and torque.
As soon as positive, physical results are seen, outside sponsors can be sought and brought onboard. From that point on, the roll-out can be increased and expanded. Trainers can train trainers.
The youth can train the youth.
Like a huge tyre gains force, speed and momentum the further it rolls, this project can and will do the same.
THE POWER OF IMITATION
Youth like imitating what they like and admire, and everyone admires success. So positive results of success will influence and inspire a different and higher value system that will soon lead to a higher level of mindset and ultimately, a crime-free culture.
This is the fail-proof formula needed to permanently replace the current trend of irresponsibility, lawlessness and loose morals which seems to be invading most society these days.
Thoughtful sensitivity is required so that the training does not become a disciplinary imposition, but rather a controlled enticing and encouragement.
REAL TRAINING
There are three kinds of motivation, fear, incentive and attitude; and the only one that produces lasting results is attitude —a willing acceptance through internal change.
Training is never a ‘putting in’ of anything, but a ‘drawing out’ of the positive spirit of perfection which is already there.
When willingly embraced, it will come from within them, which is a prime requirement. Out of this, a new and empowered generation will emerge.

The Modi Operandi & Facilitators
A wide-angled view is to train selected youth — individuals who have done the course online and shown leadership potential, as Facilitators. The training requires doing our Public Speaking course which includes Human Relations and Presentation Skills.
Once a Facilitator is certificated, he/she is to recruit small groups of their peers who want to do the course (TPE) and are willing to invest in it, and train them on it. As confidence and experience is gained, this will be expanded.
The poor cannot teach the poor how to get rich. Therefore, our Facilitators have to be rich, or on their way to becoming rich. Or else it becomes a case of the blind leading the blind.
The Facilitator earns a Facilitator’s fee, and, as with our set price structure, it will always be based on a basic-plus-commission principle, which is related to production. Promotion earned can open the way for a truly financially-free future.
Details will be provided before any agreement, verbal and/or written, is entered into.
The system will be rolled-out countrywide. Facilitator training is a hard call. It is rigorous, extremely demanding and free.
Requirements – Invest In Your Future
To reiterate… to teach others a particular subject, you have to know the topic yourself, or else it becomes a case of the blind leading the blind.
For this reason, a Facilitator has to know the course inside out, with results as proof, as well as the company’s system of operation.
Anyone who teaches TPE must have done the course and gained a Certificate of Competence themselves.

For The Seniors — It Is Our Responsibility
As the senior generation, it is our responsibility to equip to-day’s youth with the tools to become an advancement to what we’ve had and done. What is there of value, of real worth we can leave that will empower them to have and do better than we have?
It has to be a legacy that is intangible, that no one can steal, or cheat them out of. And as far as is known, the only gift which meets that requirement is mental empowerment. Knowledge cannot be stolen. It can only be copied.
Personal empowerment is intangible, and being in their mind, no one can take it away… ever. We have to empower the youth mentally… so that they can travel farther… fly higher and do better than we ever have. That is living life with a purpose.

A Final Word
The bigger picture is to have properly trained youth leaders as managing executives, strategically spread across the country.
They will operate autonomously, be trained and established to run an organization, under our company stewardship and they will steer the training of youth in TPE, and other programmes of similar nature still to be curated.
A salary commensurate with the position, associated with production goals, will be discussed and agreed upon at the appropriate time.
It is not airy-fairy thinking to speculate and anticipate that future leaders of our wonderful country will emerge from this training.
