This post covers quite a bit of detail, from who we are, to where we’re going, what our principles and philosophy are, and most importantly, what kind of future you can create for yourself by getting involved.
The successful future you want is waiting on you, just beyond an open door…
But, there will always be something which has not been covered, and if so, please feel free to ask, whatever it is. It’s my duty, my passion and pleasure to serve.
Introduction
Hi, My name is Errol Clarke, the Chief Operations Officer, and Second-in-Command… 2IC. I take instructions from our ‘CEO’, a Silent Partner who shuns publicity and prefers to remain in the background. He is the ‘Ultimate Governing Body’ in everything we do. My passion is service, and learning is my life.
As an eternal student of Truth, Metaphysics and Science of Mind / Scientific Life Skills, meditation is the anchor in life and has been for many years.

As the 2IC, with two more core admin staff members who also prefer to stay in the background at this stage, we do the work of an entire army and working through the wee hours of the night is not the exception… it is the norm.
OUR PURPOSE FOR BEING
Our driving purpose for being is… how can we, through our powerful products, help our fellow man suffer less and live the better life he wants and deserves?
Since knowledge means nothing if not shared, and with ignorance being the main cause of ALL man’s suffering and poverty in life, what is there that we can do with the knowledge we have to aid mankind?
If you can relate to this, understand and appreciate its significance and importance, we are starting to get onto the same page.
We need a tightly-knit, like-minded, results-driven compact senior team who can fit the high and narrow slots that our huge goals demand.
Our short-term goal is sales by the hundreds, consistently… The long-term, living goal is helping people in their millions to rise above poverty, achieve their goals and financial freedom…
No doubt, you will know that a top performing team is a like-minded, synchronized, confident and inspired unit, where absolute trust is the main factor. To that end, total transparency is the governing principle throughout this article.
To bond and constantly deliver peak performance, a team needs to be fueled and directed by a unique win-win-win formula., a formula that provides…

These criteria have been addressed and a fail-proof operating programme that has been proven successful over the years, is in place. We serve from the heart and CRM is a very serious priority.
A genuine caring for the well-being of your fellow man, the customer, is crucial. Unless we make sure collectively, that the customer wins, you will not win because the company will not win. The vital ingredient throughout is integrity, Truth. So ask yourself if this is what you really want.

The Real African Awakening – RAA

The ones who want to work their way to the top ASAP. We need top producing Team Leaders and above — youth, women and men with vision.
People want to uplift themselves to improve their lives and do not know how. Working hard in the same company for 40 years is not the answer.

Remuneration – Agent & Team Leader
As an Agent, YOU are the most important person in the company. The remuneration principle across the board — Agent, Team Leader, Management and Executive — is an above-average, escalating commission, plus a quota-driven basic salary. Results = Income. We happily pay for results.
Given a normal learning curve of about a month for getting-to-understand the basics of the product, the system and a strong work ethic, conservatively puts you in an earning bracket of +/-R10K in the first full month, growing into +/-R30K within around 90 days. Full sales support and guidance are freely available.
Once you’ve built-up your sales momentum, there is no ceiling to your earning capacity or growth within the company. The entire internet is your market, and just about every person in every community needs our products. A detailed earning chart is further on.
This is a search for the Colonel-, the Commander-quality officers who want to prove that they can lead the brigade, not the troops. The lieutenants , captains et al, along with the foot soldiers will be hired later.

Self Plus 3 Agents (Max 5 members in a team) – Each Agent Must Produce a min. of 9 Sales p.m. Team Leader is to produce 9 personal sales and is allowed to have up to 5 teams (of 3-5 members/team).
All new members have full access to our website, including the confidential Announcements pages and all communication between new Agents and H.O. is copied to the relevant Team Leader, with the exception of when the information involved is of a totally personal matter, in which case such confidentiality is respected.

The driving factor must be the sincerity of your intent, which is first and foremost the gain and benefit to the organization concerned.
Unless this is correctly prioritized — that the organization wants to raise funds and not that you want the sales — please don’t go there. Assuming it is, and through in-depth consultation with the organization, let’s roll.
It can be the local community, a charity, Crèche, youth organization, School, Retirement village, Day-Care Centre, by arranging a Life Skills half-day or full day workshop.

How to Break free of Crippling Conditions in life.
A set attendance fee gets charged. ALL proceeds go to the organization concerned. It might not raise R100,00.00 immediately, but a concerted effort could turn it into R80,000.00 – R100,000 and more across two sessions. There is a system that can be used. A concerted effort can make this a reality.
Learn and earn your way to the top
All the organization admin and costs (securing a venue, programme, MC, logistics, sound / equipment, advance advertising, security, manpower, leaflet hand-outs, control of finances, catering – snacks, drinks or meals) and other logistics are for the organization concerned.
Marketing Idea: – Half-day Workshop. “Bring a partner for free!” Admission – R450.00 (Admit 2). Includes refreshments and lunch. Organization must ensure attendance of 90 (x 2 = 180). Have the event sponsored by a local bank, Car Company or a local franchise and the organization should be able to earn a good profit.
Local supermarkets and businesses can be roped-in for contributions, to sponsor prizes or financial donations to offset costs.
A local hotel / casino can be asked to offer their conference / training facility and basic catering for free.
Companies can be invited to advertise their products, show their banners and/or provide free product sample hand-outs in exchange for printing the pamphlets or paying for the venue.
Businesses/Industries/Commercial Houses can be approached to donate a food hamper. A meat market can be approached to donate a R1,000.00 meat voucher/ clothing stores / shoe stores, furniture stores, cosmetic houses, chemists, restaurants all can be asked to provide a voucher or goods items that can be raffled.
Form a team and delegate specific responsibilities to each member.
Invite participating businesses to send their staff to attend the event, or to do short 5 minute product presentations during the interval. Gift baskets and vouchers can be raffled. Use a card machine at door, not cash. Arrange car guards to guard vehicles.
Invite the local Rotary / Lions Club, Women’s Club, Sports Club, schools, to become part of it by helping. That’s what they are there for.
Get the local Chamber of Commerce, Business Association and factories involved. That’s how you become a Centre of Influence (C.O.I.) in your area. That’s how you get customers to come looking for you instead of the other way round. You are the main contact person in this.
Shout it out loud. The louder the better.
WhatsApp group advertising, free classified advertising can be used. Local community newspapers (The Caxton Group) and local community radio stations can be asked to advertise the event for free or at a greatly reduced cost.
I am available in an advisory capacity prior to the event, and as the guest speaker. My services are free. Traveling within a 20 km radius of Johannesburg is free.
Beyond that distance, I charge a basic fee to cover traveling expenses. Further afield, basic overnight accommodation is to be arranged.
